Flock Weight Vision
Know what your birds weigh — every day, from a camera, without catching a single one.
What it does
- Estimates live bird weight continuously from an overhead camera
- Reports flock uniformity (CV%), corrected for camera noise — so you judge the farm, not the lens
- Tracks growth against your target curve and tells you to harvest earlier or later
- Projects the harvest weight-grade mix, ready to hand to planning or the plant
- Streams to InfluxDB or exports CSV, so it feeds whatever you already run
Camera sizing built in
- Enter mount height, lens, sensor and stocking density — before you buy anything
- Tells you coverage, pixels per bird, usable birds and weighings per minute
- Warns you when a camera specification simply won't do the job
In the box
- The application — one file, installs in five minutes, works offline
- One-click launchers for Windows, Mac and Linux
- Plain-English installation guide, written for non-technical staff
- Camera specification & mounting sheet — what to buy, where to put it
- A licence key, verified on your own computer — no activation server, no phoning home
- Twelve months of support and updates

Being straight with you about what this is. It is a management tool, not a certified weighing
instrument — accurate on the flock average and excellent on trend and uniformity, less so on any
individual bird, and it must be calibrated against a hand-weighed sample. Birds that touch or sit at
the edge of frame are deliberately ignored rather than guessed at. If you need legal-for-trade
weights, buy a weighbridge; if you need to know where your flock is heading a week before harvest,
this is built for exactly that.
